AV Custom Wraps specializes in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, commercial graphics, custom printing, design, production,

installation, and related services.

All services are subject to availability, project specifications, material availability, pricing, and scheduling confirmation.

2. Estimates and Project Inquiries

Estimates provided through our website, email, telephone, or other communication channels are based on the information

supplied by the customer.

Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle or surface condition, dimensions, materials, design requirements, installation

complexity, or additional customer requests.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting an estimate does not obligate the customer to purchase services.

3. Customer Information

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete contact information, including their name, phone number, email

address, and relevant project details.

Customers submitting photographs, logos, artwork, or other materials confirm that they have the necessary rights and

authorization to use those materials.

4. Payments and Deposits

• All payments are final and non-refundable,

• A 25% confirmation deposit is required before starting any project.

• Full payment of the remaining project balance is required at vehicle pickup, before the vehicle is released.

• AV Custom Wraps reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until the outstanding project balance is paid in

full, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Scheduling and Project Completion

Project timelines and completion dates are estimates and may vary depending on material availability, production

requirements, installation conditions, customer approvals, and unforeseen circumstances.

AV Custom Wraps will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant scheduling changes.

6. Design Proofs and Customer Approvals

When applicable, AV Custom Wraps will provide digital design proofs for customer review and approval.

other specifications before approving production.

Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges or scheduling adjustments.

Colors displayed on digital screens may differ from printed materials due to screen settings, printing processes, and

material characteristics.

7. Vehicle and Surface Conditions

Customers are responsible for disclosing any existing damage, repainting, bodywork, surface defects, or other conditions

that may affect installation.

AV Custom Wraps is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, failing paint, improper previous

repairs, or unsuitable surfaces, except to the extent caused by our negligence or otherwise required by law.

Vehicle wraps and graphics are subject to normal wear, environmental exposure, and maintenance requirements.

8. Customer Communication Consent

AV Custom Wraps may communicate with customers regarding inquiries, estimates, appointments, design proofs, project

updates, and customer service requests.

Customers may voluntarily consent to receiving text messages through our website contact forms or other authorized
